Welcome to Chalet Renée
Our home has a welcoming and open living area, a big wrap around deck with
an open air hot tub for star gazing. The kitchen is very well equipped with a granite counter top open to the dinning area.
This is a great home - the street is level for bike riding with easy access in the winter.
Casinos, North Shore
State Line, are a 15 min. drive.
Our home is on a level street and has a easy walk (three block) to the pool
and tennis club. One more block to the beginning of the paved bike path that takes you to Tahoe City, Truckee River and the
west shore. You can also ride Mt.Bikes from our house to the dirt trails at the Cross Country Ski Area.
The Dollar
Point home owners association offers private pool & tennis club and beach, pier and lake side tennis courts, along with
all kinds of activities, lessons and entertainment. Dollar Point is a safe neighborhood, great for walking and only 15 minute
